What Happened to Us?
Before Borders, Before Beliefs: What Happened to Us? investigates a question that has followed humanity across civilizations: were we made for a purpose we have somehow forgotten? Drawing on ancient accounts, Scripture, history, archaeology, and scientific inquiry, Edison F. Pérez traces a story of origin, separation, and the search for home. Written for believers, skeptics, and curious readers, the book invites you to examine the evidence and consider what happened to us.

Before Our Story Changed
The Lie We Inherited: Before Our Story Changed asks how inherited interpretations can become accepted truth. Beginning with assumptions about women and their place in Scripture, Edison F. Pérez follows questions of language, history, and tradition into a wider investigation: what else might humanity have misunderstood about its own story? The book invites readers to examine familiar meanings again and follow the evidence for themselves.

The Untold Secrets Behind America’s Holidays (working subtitle)
The Calendar We Inherited follows the ways people have measured time, marked sacred days, and passed celebrations from one generation to the next. From ancient sky watching and biblical appointed times to Roman reforms and American holidays, Edison F. Pérez asks who shaped the calendar we use—and what earlier meanings may have been lost along the way.
The author

Edison F. Pérez is a Puerto Rican-born author, researcher, educator, and professional trainer. Raised in a pastoral and missionary family, he learned to respect the biblical text while asking how culture and inherited interpretations shape what later generations accept as truth.
Since 2003, he has worked as a sales director, manager, trainer, and speaker, training more than 4,000 professionals. He created Royal Connect, which received the American Resort Development Association’s 2017 ARDY Award for Best Training Program.
Having lived in Puerto Rico, the continental United States, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic, Pérez brings a broad perspective to his independent research into Scripture, language, history, and archaeology. His weekly Shabbat gatherings continue the work of examining familiar accounts across translations and historical contexts.
